PURCHASE TERMS – AIGU MATCHA AB
These purchase terms apply when you, as a consumer, shop from Aigu Matcha AB, corporate identity number 559559-8375 (“Aigu”, “we”, “us”) via our webshop.
1. General
These purchase terms apply to all purchases made between Aigu and you as a consumer via
our webshop. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental
approval.
2. Agreement and order
When you complete a purchase in the webshop and receive an order confirmation via email, a
binding agreement has been concluded between you and Aigu.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in prices, product information or
stock status.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made via the payment options specified in the webshop, for example
card payment, Swish or other payment service. Payment is handled by an external
payment service provider.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Sweden unless otherwise stated.
Delivery time is stated in connection with the order. Normal delivery time is 2-4 business days, unless
otherwise specified. The delivery time is an estimate and may be affected by factors beyond
our control.
The risk for the product transfers to you when you have received the delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods via the internet, you as a consumer generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal
according to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to foodstuffs where the seal has been broken or where the product cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, in accordance with applicable legislation.
The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened and undamaged products in their original packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
6. Returns
In the event of an approved return, you are responsible for the return shipping unless otherwise agreed. The product must
be returned well packaged and in its original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is opened, used or otherwise
not in saleable condition.
7. Complaints
If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to complain about the product in accordance with the
Consumer Purchase Act.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered. In the event of an approved complaint,
we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
8. Product information
We strive for all product information in the webshop to be correct and updated.
Please note that minor deviations may occur, for example regarding colour reproduction in
images.
Complete food information, including ingredient list and allergens, is provided on
the product page before purchase.
9. Limitation of liability
Aigu is not responsible for indirect damages or consequential damages, to the extent that such liability does not arise
from mandatory legislation.
10. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. More information
on how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
In the event of any complaints, we ask you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve
the matter.
You also have the option to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN),
www.arn.se.
Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue. Swedish law applies.
